Get ready for a magical holiday experience as Bay Street, Abaco, comes alive with our enchanting Christmas Float Parade! Join us for an evening filled with twinkling lights, festive music, and the joy of the season as beautifully decorated floats glide down the streets, each one more dazzling than the last. Bring your friends and family to witness this delightful spectacle, and don't forget to keep an eye out for Santa Claus as he spreads holiday cheer. It's a heartwarming celebration you won't want to miss this Christmas season on Bay Street, Abaco!
Come join the Great Harbour Cay and Bullock's Harbour vendors as they celebrate the Christmas holiday season with fun activities that the whole family will enjoy. There will be a Junkanoo rush-out, live music, food, toys, craft, an art shack, plant displays, and more.
Groups come together and invite the public to rush with them to celebrate Junkanoo, the National Festival of The Bahamas. You can also watch the Boxing Day Junkanoo Parade broadcast live from Bay Street, Nassau, via Cable TV on large screens.
Locals and visitors gather in Regatta Park, George Town, to sing carols and see performances by local talent. The grand finale is when the park is transformed with thousands of Christmas lights. Come out and bring the whold family.
It will include an address by Community Leaders, Christmas Caroling, skits, poems, Santa gift delivery, Junkanoo, live band music, a Disc Jockey, food and drinks.
This event is sponsored by the Cancer Society Of Eleuthera. In addition to lighting of the Christmas Tree, there will be dancing, live music, and poetry readings.
Come out and join the Warriors Junkanoo Practice each and every thursday night overlooking the water side. Watch as they beat the drums, shake to the cowbells, blow the whistles, blow the trumpets and dance the night away!
This annual festival is designed to provide an impressive display for visitors and locals by decorating each tree on Bay Street with festive white Christmas lights. Lighting of the trees takes place on the first Friday in December. There is also a live band performance followed by a Junkanoo rush-out ending the night!
This very popular Christmas Festival takes place every year on the first Saturday in December, kicking off the holiday season in The Abacos and bringing together family and friends from near and far. Activities at the festival include early Christmas shopping at the Arts & Crafts Bazaar, a Food Court filled with Bahamian dishes, performances from Choirs, Quartets, Soloists, Marching and Calypso Bands, a Junkanoo Parade, a Dog Show and other festive activities.
