Bahama Out Islands Promotion Board Introduces Exclusive Bleisure Travel Offer for Nassau/Paradise Island- Bound Groups/Meetings/Incentives

Nassau, Bahamas - The Bahama Out Islands Promotion Board (BOIPB), in partnership with the Bahamas Ministry of Tourism, Investments and Aviation, is pleased to announce an exciting Fly/Cruise Free offer for NAS/PI-Bound Groups/Meetings/Incentives. This special promotion allows participants to enjoy a free airline or Bahamas Ferries ticket from Nassau when booking a pre-booked 2-nights+ air/ferry-inclusive vacation package at participating BOIPB hotels.

Booking for this promotional offer is available from July 1st, 2024, through June 9th, 2025. The travel periods for this offer are as follows:

  •   August 12th – December 19th, 2024

  •   January 2025

  •   May 1st – June 16th, 2025

    For pre-trips, lasting at least three days and two nights, delegates can enjoy the offer prior to the group's official opening day ceremony. For post-trips, beginning the day after the group's official closing night ceremony, participants can extend their stay and continue to benefit from the offer.

    How to Arrange (Group Planner):

    The Nassau-bound Group/Meeting/Incentive/Conference Planner should reach out to Kerry Fountain at Kerry@boipb.com and copy info@boipb.com to arrange. The planner will be issued a passcode specifically for the group movement, along with contacts (names, email addresses, and telephone numbers) for Majestic Holidays and BahamaGo.com. The passcode, contact information, and name of the group should then be shared by the planner with the Nassau-bound group participants/attendees (ideally before Nassau tickets are booked).

    How to Book (Passenger Traveling):

    When booking the Fly/Cruise Ferry Free Offer with Majestic Holidays or BahamaGo.com, the name of the group and the group's passcode will be requested or should be submitted via email, along with a username (the business email address of the traveling group/meeting/incentive/conference attendee). The cost of the free Nassau/Bahamas Out Island/Nassau ticket will be deducted from the total cost of the vacation package at the time of final payment.

Terms & Conditions:

  •   Offer valid for pre-booked air/ferry-inclusive vacation packages at BOIPB member hotels only.

  •   Limit of one Fly/Cruise Free offer per booked room.

  •   2-bedroom (or larger) suites are considered one room for the purposes of this offer.

  •   This Fly/Cruise Free offer is applicable for Group Bookings of ten (10) rooms or less.

  •   Person(s) making the travel reservation must be a part of the traveling party and must be present at the time of hotel check-in.

  •   Based on single or double occupancy bookings.

  •   For 2-nights or more stays, the Bahama Out Islands Promotion Board will cover the full cost of one round-

    trip airfare/ferry transportation for regular scheduled flights/ferry service originating/ending in Nassau

    (single or double occupancy).

    •   Acklins and Crooked Island = $330 R/T.

    •   Long Island = $390 R/T.

    •   San Salvador = $280 R/T.

  •   Reimbursement amounts for passengers traveling on private charter flights from/to Nassau will be subject to the same credit amounts for regular scheduled flights/ferry service originating/ending in Nassau.

  •   Offer valid for new air/ferry-inclusive vacation packages only.

  •   Passengers must be booked on the same flight/ferry and itinerary.

  •   The BOIPB will not provide reimbursements for airline tickets purchased with frequent flyer miles.

    Reimbursements will only be paid for purchased tickets.

  •   Cancellation of hotel booking will result in the cancellation of associated airline/ferry tickets.
