Exuma Tourist Office and Lumina Point Resort Host luncheon for Ambassador from the Republic of China

While in Exuma on a two day trip to present lap top computers to schools in Mt Thompson and The Forest, the Exuma Tourist Office and Lumina Point Resort hosted Ambassador Huang and his delegation to lunch at the resort – which he toured. The Ambassador was impressed with the resorts use of solar energy for its operation.

Lumina Point is a small luxury boutique hotel, located on a remote cay (Stocking Island) off Great Exuma in The Bahamas. This year old, 12 room resort is eco-friendly and completed powered by solar panels.
