NASSAU, The Bahamas -- Permanent Secretary of The Bahamas Ministry of Tourism and Aviation, Reginald Saunders, participated in The Commonwealth Caribbean and Pacific Edition of the Government Performance Management Training Programme recently. His hard work and participation earned him The Commonwealth Award of Excellence, and 2nd place for Individual Excellence.
