The Bahamas welcomed the Frontier Airlines inaugural flight. Frontier is the first ultra- low cost carrier to enter the Caribbean market with multiple travels days per week. Minister of Tourism, Hon. Dionisio D'Aguilar expressed that "Tourism in The Bahamas is bouncing back"
