The Bigga Mo's Memorial weekend is a major event held on Eleuthera every year in memory of Mr. Muqtasid Thompson. Mr. Muqtasid Thompson was instrumental throughout the whole island, especially Governor's Harbour. He had a great talent for hosting some of the best events on Eleuthera at the family owned Ronnies Hi-D-Way, he was able to bring in local and international artists to perform on the stage.
